Insurance
Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and questions. We are able to bill most PPO dental plans. While we work with your insurance provider to the best of our ability, we are not privy to all dental insurance fee schedules. However, we are always able to pre-authorize any treatment the doctor recommends with your insurance per your request for the most accurate estimate.
